Customers can cancel any order placed, at no cost to the customer, as long as they send us an email to email@example.com before we have delivered the order to the transport agency, the preparation time for an order is two to three days. Once we have delivered the order to the agency, the client will have to assume the expenses derived from the procedures with the transport agency.
At Ecoboton.es we accept returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days from the day the customer receives the order. We will refund the price paid for the products, excluding shipping costs.

- The return of the product must be the entire model and size that is returned, we will not accept partial returns of the same size and model.
- Tell us the order identifier number or if you cannot find it, the email address from which you processed the order.
- Close the package well and put our attention to BOTIBOTON, we will send the agency to collect the returned goods.
- If the reason for the return is our error, we will bear the collection costs. If the return is for other reasons beyond Botiboton's control, the collection costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
- When we receive the merchandise and check the status of the product, we will process the refund through the same payment method that you have used.
